Many years ago a situation came up in that our paper supplier had no goods to deliver (in spite of a forecast in place) just before a Memorial day weekend. (con. below)

A mutual acquaintance of Jack Bodenhamer (Diversified Imaging Supply Account Executive) and myself suggested that Jack would probably be able to help United Color Lab out. He called Jack on the Friday afternoon before the holiday and explained UCL's situation. We (UCL) were going to be out of production until further notice. Jack made arrangements to ship 48 rolls of paper to us on next day air service Saturday delivery from Diversified Imaging Supply. United Color Lab at that time did not have an account with Diversified. But we received the product on time.
    Since that time Jack and Diversified have always risen to the call and met our needs to keep us well supplied and on time delivery.
